Construction Superintendent

Northwinds Construction seeks a self-motivated, energetic Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 2 years college experience. A bachelor's degree in Construction Science, or Construction Management is preferred, but not required. Candidates must have a willingness to learn as the Project Manager will train candidates for this position. Under the guidance of a Project Manager, the Construction Superintendent will play a vital role on our team, ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements for this position:

- Ability to read and fully understand construction blueprints

- Knowledge of the building and management processes

- Basic understanding of job safety

- Personnel Management sand Teamwork skills

- Skilled in Time Management 

The Construction Superintendent will receive a base salary with bonus potential. Northwinds Construction offers competitive company benefits, including 401K, and paid holidays. Equipment Operator

Northwinds Construction is currently seeking to fill a full-time equipment operator position. This person must have a minimum of 2 years experience running a bulldozer. There are benefits and paid holidays for this position. Candidates must pass screening and have a valid ID and Social Security card.

General Construction Worker

We are searching for workers with a minimum of 2 years of general construction labor experience. This position includes benefits, paid holidays, and an opportunity to learn and grow. All applicants must have a valid ID, Social Security number, and pass random drug testing. Candidates must be honest and dependable, with a willingness to report to work on time. Applicants must also hold a driver's license and have dependable transportation.
